If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on cancellation and refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Tickets refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Tickets from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Opex Tech Automation Consulting, accessible from https://www.opextechautomationconsulting.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days from the date on which You ordered the Tickets or The Registration Deadline for the training whichever comes earlier.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your confirmation accepting the refund offer we provide you against your refund request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order or issue discount coupons for the same amount. In certain cases we will issue partially through the same means of payment as You used and the remainder through discount coupons. You can use the discount coupons to get special discount during your future purchase with us.

Conditions for Refund

In order to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The Tickets were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Reg. Deadline for the training has not passed.

In the following condition Refunds might not be possible:

  • The training was made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • You have purchased 5 or more tickets.
  • You have obtained special/group discounts during the purchase.
  • You have previously got the same training rescheduled.
  • You have purchased in lieu of previous cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse refund of tickets that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Tickets may be refunded. Unfortunately, Tickets on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
